Cantus is a highly-regarded amateur mixed-voice chamber choir of around 25 singers based in Cambridge. We usually perform one concert each term, at our regular venue of St Mark’s Church, Barton Road, Newnham. Concerts are generally based on sacred pieces by British and European composers depending on the occasion. We are occasionally on the lookout for new singers. If you are interested in joining us, please see our Contact page.
Our next concert will be on Saturday 4th April at 8pm, including d’Astorga’s “Stabat Mater” and Handel’s “Funeral Anthem for Queen Caroline”
